Moshe (Jeff) Admon, Esq.

Moshe (Jeff) is an Attorney at Law licensed in the states of Washington and Arizona (inactive). His practice is focused on Civil Litigation, Complex Divorce & Family Law including multi-jurisdictional UCCJEA matters, Real Estate Law and Personal Injury. Jeff's received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer and Economics from Rutgers University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona. Additionally, Jeff received his post-doctoral LL.M. in International Trade & Business Law from the University of Arizona. To gain further expertise in common law and European Union law, Jeff earned an LL.B. Bachelors of Law with Honors from the internationally renowned University of London.

  • Divorce and Family Law: Jeff has successfully helped many clients with family law disputes, including complex, high-net-worth divorces and complicated international divorces and child custody matters. He handles all aspects of family law, including Divorce, Unmarried Parents, Parenting Plans, Child Support, Relocation, Non-Parent Custody, and Domestic Violence Prevention Orders. 
  • Cross-Jurisdiction (UCCJEA) Family Law Issues: Jeff has extensive experience and a highly successful track record in litigating domestic and international UCCJEA (Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act) cases, where there is a dispute over which state or country has jurisdiction over a child in a divorce or parentage matter. 
  • Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Jeff has successfully tried cases, won judgments, and mediated settlement against individuals and businesses of different varieties and sizes, including public and private schools.
  • EB-5 Litigation: Recently, Jeff was part of a trial team litigating an 8-day minority shareholder "Dissenters Rights" trial of first impression in the State of Washington (1501 First Avenue South Limited Partnership et al. v. Eric Branfman Revocable Trust et al.), resulting in a high value appraisal and finding that the Plaintiff breached their Fiduciary Duty to its shareholders.
  • Real Estate: Jeff has helped many residential and commercial purchasers and sellers to draft and review purchase/sale contracts, transfer of ownership, deeds of trust, leases, foreclosures, and the creation of real estate LLCs. Jeff has successfully represented HOAs in disputes with members, neighbors, contractors, and the City of Seattle. He has successfully represented numerous landlords and tenants in landlord-tenant disputes, including evictions. I have effectively represented real estate owners in actions for negligence against neighbors and contractors. He has also successfully represented Real Estate Brokers in a variety of disputes.
  • Personal Injury and Property Damage: Jeff has successfully helped multiple individual settle claims for injuries sustained to their person and property due to the fault of another party. He has also successfully defended individuals sued for negligence.

Oliver Farza, Esq.

Of Counsel

Oliver O. Farza was born in Dallas, Texas. He attended the Rutgers University-Newark Honors College in New Jersey, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with High Honors, receiving a B.A. in Media and Communications Studies.

While in college, Mr. Farza worked at Cable News Network (CNN) as a television news assistant and at a New York City law firm where he was a legal assistant working on immigration matters. 

After college, Mr. Farza worked as a journalist in the New York City metropolitan area and later went on to work in the banking industry until he attended and graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. 

While at Lewis & Clark Law School, Mr. Farza received the distinguished honor of Outstanding Legal Advocate from the Lewis & Clark Legal Clinic. As a Certified Law Student Intern in Clinic, Mr. Farza practiced Family Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, and Bankruptcy under the supervision of exceptional and inspirational Lewis & Clark Law School professors and support staff. 

Mr. Farza was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2011. He is also admitted to practice in Federal Court. Currently, he works in Seattle's Pioneer Square and practices Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Business Litigation. Mr. Farza is a seasoned litigator having Federal Jury Trial and extensive Superior Court Trial as well as Motion Practice experience. He is a genuine advocate for justice and equity.
